John Cox founded JAC in 1979 – born out of his passion for furniture and design and what is now our core competency, project management.
In a time when design and build was flourishing as a turn-key offering, JAC stood apart, offering all of the design and project management independence and expertise offered by traditional procurement, with all of the speed and control of risk offered by turnkey providers.
Through good economies and poor, the JAC methodology of Project Management and Design, combined with transparency and a robust contractor selection process has ensured its continued success – and in a market that is big on promises and short on delivery, JAC’s long list of repeat clients is testimony to a business founded on providing a quality of service.
