JAC Group appointed by Genel Energy

JAC have been appointed to project manage the relocation of Genel Energy. One of the largest holders of reserves and resources in the Kurdistan Region of Ira and also one of the largest independent oil producers on the London Stock Exchange. Through the Miran and Bina Bawi gas fields, Genel is a cornerstone provider of gas to Turkey under the KRI-Turkey Gas Sales Agreement.
JAC are also pleased to be providing design and furniture consultancy services for a project which will see Genel Energy moving from their existing premises on Grafton Street to 36 Broadway, SW1. This recently refurbished space is being acquired for Genel by property agents REM Roberts.
36 Broadway is prominently situated on the south side of Broadway at its junction with Tothill Street. The area is very well served by public transport with St James’s Park Underground Station located directly opposite. Victoria Mainline and Underground Stations and Westminster Underground Station are also within easy walking distance. The immediate vicinity benefits from excellent shopping and restaurant facilities and is adjacent to the new Westminster Intercontinental Hotel.
