JAC Group appointed by MVF Global
-
JAC are delighted to announce the formal appointment of JAC Design, Project Management and furniture team to support the relocation of MVF Global’s office from 24A Ryland Rd, London to Imperial Works Kentish Town NW5.
The project consists of a CAT-A and CAT-B conversion of an old Victorian piano factory. The building is an imposing brick constructed warehouse now currently arranged as multi-let offices. The bulk of the property is arranged over 4 floors, including a lower ground with windows on to the path outside.
MVF are one of the UK’s fastest growing companies. They started with a small team of 5 members, and in 5 short years have grown to over 200 staff here in London, with many more across the globe. MVF have been hailed as one of the world’s leading customer acquisition companies, and we have the pleasure of advising them for their new office refurbishment.
JAC are working alongside with Rougemont Property Advisors, Acquiring property agents, John Arkwright & Co. and Coffey Architects to deliver over 16,000 sq/ft of new office space for MVF.
With the project in its early stages of development, JAC are advising on the landlord’s scope of works (on behalf of MVF) as well as developing the initial concepts for their future space.
Matt Glynn, JAC Project Manager comments;
“The property presents an excellent opportunity to collaborate with the developer’s team to ensure the best fit for our client, the character of the space will be a treat to work with. The team are very excited.” -
