JAC Group to relocate Petroineos to iconic Adelphi Building

Petroineos Trading Limited, a refining and trading joint venture between Ineos and PetroChina, one of the largest oil and gas producers and distributers in the world, have appointed JAC as Project Manager for their forthcoming relocation from Victoria to London’s iconic Adelphi Building.
The Adelphi offers over 155,000 sq ft of Grade A office space. The Grade II listed building has retained its original 1930s Art Deco features, and the newly refurbished Adelphi is an impressive sight with its commanding position adjacent to Victoria Embankment Gardens and unrivalled views over the River Thames.
Petroineos’ move from SW1 follows a period of sustained growth and to facilitate future expansion, JAC will be project managing a design and build tender in respect of the fit out – across two floors totalling 32,000 sq ft.
