Completion at Imperial Capital
JAC are pleased to announce the completion of the relocation for Imperial Capital to 1 Eagle Place, London.
Imperial Capital is an Investment Banking Group who recommends and implements innovative, value-enhancing solutions for a wide range of clients, including middle market companies, private equity funds and institutional investors.
JAC led an experienced professional team including mechanical and electrical consultants Spencer Mayes Ltd. The building is managed by BNP Paribas Real Estate Property Management and CBRE.
JAC has leveraged combined expertise in Project Management, Furniture Procurement and Design to ensure that Imperial Capital was provided with seamless service and transparency to the project.
Senior Designer, Isabelle Dauchez comments;
“After successfully delivering the project for HayFin on the 6th floor of Eagle Place, we were appointed by Imperial Capital for the design and project management of their new offices on the 2nd floor.
We worked closely with BNP Paribas to ensure the CAT A works necessary to split the floor were tailored to Imperial’s needs.
The plan needed to accommodate a substantial number of staff, so each area was carefully planned to be functional, without compromising too much on volumes.
Reception was kept compact, but its arrangement allows for a harmonious and welcoming greeting space, with a separate seating area, which can be used by staff as a break-out space when not in use by visitors.
The Meeting Rooms are flexible and accessible from the Front and Back of House, and the dedicated AV room has proven very useful for global staff meetings. We worked closely with the client’s art consultant to find pieces that would complement the design.”
