Completion at Beale & Company
JAC are pleased to announce the successful completion of the new London office of leading legal practice Beale & Company at 85 King William Street in the City of London.
Beale & Company provide specialist legal experience in the specific business sectors of construction, engineering and infrastructure, insurance, professions and technology and were highly commended for the British Expertise ‘Outstanding International Business Award (SME)’ in 2014.
This project represented the third project managed by JAC at Capital House, 85 King William Street following on from a category-A reinstatement along with a category-B fit-out on behalf of Natixis, the corporate, investment, insurance and financial services arm of Groupe BPCE, the second-largest banking group in France.
Beale & Company were represented by HMC Surveyors and this project saw a migration from the bustling streets of Covent Garden to the heart of the City in a grade-A office, managed by Savills.
Beale & Company approached the project by identifying a strong senior project team including two Partners, the Practice Manager and Facilities, all of whom took a detailed involvement in the projects planning and execution.
JAC Design & Project Management were appointed to provide full architectural design services that was led by Creative Director, Tammy Nestor along with project management and cost consultancy provided by Lead Consultant Lawrence Mohiuddine and Design & Project Management Director, Ray Errington. Sarah Jones, Associate Director – Furniture, oversaw the procurement of furniture product on this intricate project which saw the close fusion of existing product with new.
The JAC team oversaw the appointment of external consultants to complete the project team, which included Riley Consulting, MLM, C24 and mechanical & electrical consultants ESP.
