Completion for Christofferson Robb & Company
JAC are pleased to announce the successful completion of the new London office of Christofferson Robb & Company.
Christofferson, Robb & Company who are headquartered in New York, is a private money management firm that invests in the global credit markets.
This project represented a key investment in the London market and a relocation to a prominent position at Waterloo Place in London’s St James’.
JAC Design & Project Management were appointed to provide project management and cost consultancy services along with furniture specification and procurement. Christofferson Robb procured the services of US based architectural practice Chuck Patten to generate the striking design aesthetic, with the local JAC design studio providing design detailing assistance.
We love how the creative fusion has delivered an interior design solution that mixes stunning modern features that contrast with areas of heavy, traditional design set amongst a backdrop of wonderful joinery detailing.
The wider professional team consisted of MLM Building Control consultants and mechanical & electrical consultants Spencer Mayes.
This project represents the 4th project to be designed or managed by JAC in Lower Regent Street this year following in the footsteps of Hayfin, Imperial Capital and Syz & Co.
John Cox, Managing Director at JAC Group commented;
“Christofferson Robb have been an excellent client. Their vision, their trust and their support of the entire professional team has been superb. The relationship that they formed with the successful contractor allowed the project to carry a ‘one team’ mentality right through to completion. The final aesthetic is stunning and beautifully crafted.”
