JAC appointed by Christie’s at Cardinal Place
Christie’s, the world’s oldest fine art auctioneer, have appointed JAC to project manage their acquisition of new office space in Cardinal Place.
JAC have an excellent track record of delivery in Land Securities 650,000 sq ft retail and office development on Victoria Street.
Cardinal Place, which now comprises 80-100 Victoria Street and 16 Palace Street, represents a whole new phase in the ongoing transformation of Victoria. It is now one of the most recognisable sights in London’s Victoria. With floor plates of up to 45,000 sq ft, entire workforces can be brought together onto a single level.
Christie’s has sold fine art, furniture, jewelry and wine since James Christie conducted the first sale in London on 5 December 1766. Ever since Christie’s has continued to provide the perfect backdrop for the sales of the world’s finest collections and greatest works of art before their auction.
