Project Overview
JAC have been appointed to project manage the relocation of the UK and Ireland Head Office for global clothing brand, GANT.
GANT are relocating to Holborn Gate, with 16,700 square feet split into offices and showrooms, providing a high-quality space to showcase their new lines. GANT will complete their move during the Summer of 2016, ready for the peak period of the year in the retail industry.
About the Building
Originally built in 1974, Holborn Gate sits in a prominent position fronting Holborn but stretching back to overlook Southampton buildings and Staple Inn. With Chancery Lane station within 50 yards from the entrance it provides tennants great connectivity.
