Project Overview
JAC have worked with Golar Management LNG since 2008 and recently oversaw their latest office move to the Zig Zag Building in Victoria. The project took full advantage of the compliment of services JAC offer.
Golar relocated to Level 6 of the Zig Zag building in Victoria, with the relocation managed by our project management team. Consultants Energy Lab were engaged to oversee all mechanical and electrical elements, whilst Liberty Safety Services managed the health and safety aspect.
About the Building
The Zig Zag Building offers 188,700 sq ft of highly flexible Grade A office space complemented by retail and restaurants at the basement, ground and first floors.
The innovative design sees the building step back from the streetscape as it rises resulting in a ‘zig-zag’, improving pedestrian flow at street level and creating terraces to seven floors
