Hayfin One Eagle Place
Hayfin was founded in 2009 as an independent investment firm providing lending solutions to European medium-sized companies as well as operating complementary business lines across corporate, maritime and alternative credit.
Project Overview
The Hayfin project was the second job for JAC in One Eagle Place. Being in such a prime and central location Hayfin simply decided to refurbish their existing office. JAC were brought on board to provide Project Management, Design and Furniture Procurement services while also administrating a range of Cost Consultancy tasks. The finished offices are outstanding and the client, Hayfin, couldn’t be happier.
About the BuildingStanding in a prime location, with facades on Piccadilly and Jermyn Street, Eagle Place is a development providing 60,000 sq ft of premium office accommodation alongside residential and retail space.
