Global content company, FremantleMedia, has selected JAC Project Management to support its move from Amersham to High Wycombe.
FremantleMedia, which creates, produces and distributes some of the best-known TV programmes, including The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent, will move to the second floor of St John’s Court in High Wycombe. The space spreads across two wings on opposite sides of the building, covering 6,800 sq ft.
Emirates NBD have now taken taken up occupancy of 25,000 sq ft at 25 Knightsbridge.
Our Project Management team were engaged to act on behalf of Emirates NBD to oversee all aspects of this workplace transformation including Design, Project Management and Furniture procurement, ahead of their move from nearby Basil Street, SW3.
Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Europe
Global leader in efficient and sustainable power generation, Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Europe, has chosen the JAC Project Management and Design team to co-ordinate its move from Mayfair to The Point in Paddington.
With its current lease shortly due to expire, the company briefed JAC to support a cost-effective move to a 12,000 sq ft office in Paddington that better reflects its brand. The new office has undergone a Category A refurbishment and has spectacular views across London’s West End.
Petroineos Trading Ltd
JAC has been appointed to work with Petroineos, a subsidiary of the PetroChina group, one of the largest oil and gas producers and distributers in the world. The brief is to complete a relocation from Victoria to the Adelphi Building, situated just off The Strand.
The project is a technically complex undertaking, since it is a very old building and although it has been refurbished, there are still a lot of limitations. Each desk will need to accommodate six screens and there are high power and data requirements. The low ceiling height and small floor void brings challenges in getting power and data to the desks.
Child & Child
City Solicitors, Child & Child has appointed JAC Project Management to facilitate its move from Grosvenor Place to 22,000 sq ft at Nova in Victoria. The relocation programme, to be concluded within a tight timescale, will support Child & Child’s reputation and enable it to continue to build long-standing client relationships.
Taking an entire floor and sub-letting 6,207 sq ft to two parties, requires a team of highly competent designers to fit-out a space of 15,899 sq ft. The office will incorporate open plan areas for legal teams, meeting rooms, a front-of-house space for clients, as well as fulfil high level requirements for the storage of legal documents.
