Christofferson, Robb & Company
Work completes at Christofferson, Robb & Company in the relocation to a prominent position at Waterloo Place in London’s St James’.
Christofferson, Robb & Company who are headquartered in New York, is a private money management firm that invests in the global credit markets.
JAC Design & Project Management were appointed to provide project management and cost consultancy services along with furniture specification and procurement. Christofferson Robb procured the services of US based architectural practice Chuck Patten to generate the striking design aesthetic, with the local JAC design studio providing design detailing assistance.

Beale & Company
JAC oversee the completion of Beale & Company’s relocation to 14,200 sq ft office space in Capital House, London.
This project represented the third project managed by JAC at Capital House, 85 King William Street following on from a category-A reinstatement along with a category-B fit-out on behalf of Natixis, the corporate, investment, insurance and financial services arm of Groupe BPCE, the second-largest banking group in France.

JAC are appointed to assist in the relocation of Pepper UK’s office to Harman House, 1 George St, Uxbridge, taking 20 000 sq ft.
Pepper is a well established end-to-end mortgage origination, third-party loan servicer and asset manager which has been operating successfully in Australia since 2001.
The JAC team has assisted Pepper in the formation of their project requirements and early assessment of property options, concluding guidance and recommendation in the areas of design, programme, technical suitability, financial forecasting and risk profiling.

JAC oversee the relocation of Redburn to their new 25,000 sq ft office at 10 Aldermanbury in the heart of the City of London.
Redburn Partners are Europe’s largest independent equities broker, providing institutional investors with equity research and agency execution in Pan-European equity markets.
