Insurance brokers, Bell & Clements have recently appointed JAC to undertake the in situ redevelopment of their offices at 55 King William Street.
Bell & Clements have agreed to renew their lease of 18,000 sq ft space over two floors, which they have now occupied for more than 11 years. This ideal location is situated near one of their longest standing clients Lloyd’s of London who they have been a broker for since 1987.
Western Europe’s tallest building, The Shard standing 310 metres tall, boasts 360 degree panoramic views of London’s skyline. Not only providing amazing views across the capital, The Shard provides world class office spaces with each floor featuring three winter gardens and breakout spaces designed to give tenants increased contact with the world outside. With glass ﬂoor-to-ceiling inner facade, the windows can be opened via independent control systems, offering natural ventilation and allowing the sounds of the city to flow in.
The latest tenant to call this vertical city home will be global provider of accounting and business software solutions; Sapphire Systems. Sapphire’s decision to move into the 15,000 sqft space on the 9th floor is a further display of their love of iconic skyscrapers, with its offices’ in New York based in the famous Chrysler Building.
Bank Indonesia, London appoint JAC Project Management to oversee the in-situ refurbishment of their building at 10 City Road, London.
This Representative Office will undertake a complete overhaul both technically and architecturally.

Affinity Shipping LLP
Offering world class office space and unparalleled views of the London skyline, the new iconic Leadenhall building at 122 Leadenhall Street has become the global headquarters for Independent Shipbroker, Affinity Shipping.
The new 6,584 ft fit-out sits on the 44th Floor and is recorded as the highest commercial floor in Europe.

Appointing JAC to oversee the move, provided HarbourVest with a professional team that delivered all services necessary in cost consultancy, project management, contract administration and furniture procurement to deliver a high quality project in a short space of time.
HarbourVest are a leading global private equity investment firm who recently relocated their London headquarters to 33 Jermyn Street.
JAC Group have been selected to manage the relocation and design for Argentex’s new offices.
Currently residing at 124 Sloane Street, Argentex have decided to move their practice to Standbrook House, Old Bond Street, and a property that is surrounded by London’s largest and most prominent central business district.
With Argentex taking over 3,000 sq ft of office space, JAC will deliver a sleek and modern design, maximising the efficiency of the space without sacrificing the feel of an open plan environment.

Chosen for its unique space and prime location, the new development at Moor Place was CHP Consulting’s first choice for establishing their new 19,252 square foot London headquarters, spread over two floors.
Having the task to relocate from Gresham Street, it became apparent to CHP that they needed to engage with a consultancy that would oversee the quick timeline in a cost effective manner. Building a strong rapport with key stakeholders, gave JAC a clear understanding of CHP’s objectives and expectations for their move.
