Quantum Pacific Capital have appointed JAC to project manage their relocation to British Land’s prestigious 7 Clarges Street in the heart of Mayfair.
Quantum Pacific Capital is an investment firm focused on Asia, Australia and North America. They are the first occupiers at 7 Clarges Street, having taken 6,300 sq ft on the 5th floor.
7 Clarges Street is perfectly positioned among an influential Mayfair community, neighbouring some of the world’s leading businesses, ranging from boutique asset management firms to global corporate headquarters.
Law firm Cripps have now moved into their new 40,000 square feet headquarters in Tunbridge Wells, the first substantial office building to have been built in the town for more than 25 years.
Working on a traditional route of procurement, a full professional team was engaged to detail and cost the project prior to tendering the works to three shortlisted contractors. The JAC team project managed and oversaw the construction works ensuring that the design concept and quality levels were fully adhered to.
Zoopla Property Group
Located on Copper Row, ZPG’s new offices mark a significant departure from the typical working environment. The new offices house around 500 of the group’s London team spread over 3 floors totalling 38,000 square feet.

HomeAway have finished the first stage of their office transformation by refurbishing 11,000 square feet on the 24th floor at Portland House, engaging with JAC to provide expertise from the Project Management and Furniture teams.
JAC were appointed to provide full independent project management and cost consultancy services through the initial feasibility stage up to and beyond the construction phase.
JAC are proud to announce their appointment to project manage English Heritage’s proposed Headquarters relocation from Waterhouse Square in Holborn.
The search is now underway for 8,000 square feet of office space, and the JAC Project Management team are working with English Heritage to identify a suitable environment for the next phase of their continued expansion.
JAC have great pleasure in announcing the successful relocation of the UK and Ireland Head Office for global clothing brand, GANT.
JAC Project Management oversaw the appointment of the design & build contractor, delivered extensive cost consultancy services to ensure that the build element of the project was procured in line with the current London market rates, provided clear programming with set key decision and action dates as well as demanded an extremely high level of construction and finish.
GANT’s move to Holborn Gate sees the 17,000 square foot space being split into offices and showrooms, providing a high-quality space to showcase their new lines.
HgCapital appoints JAC to project manage the refurbishment and relocation into their new workspace.
This will also require JAC to oversee the planning phase of the project along with coordination and integration of design requirements as well as contract administration of the construction works.
JAC were appointed to provide project management and cost consultancy services. The aim was to successfully maximize the potential of the space whilst updating and refreshing the decorative elements, flooring and audio visual systems.

JAC are delighted to be able to announce their Project Management, Cost Consultancy, Design and Furniture Consultancy teams have been appointed by BGL Group Limited, one of the UK’s largest consumer insurance and financial services groups.
Looking for a new permanent office location in London, BGL have secured the 6th floor at the hugely anticipated White Collar Factory.
The 6th floor will provide BGL Group with 14,284 square feet of prime space. The JAC design and furniture aesthetic married with the industrial feel of the building looks set to be a stunning environment for the London BGL employees.
JAC Design & Project Management are delighted to have managed the relocation of US Law Firm, Kaye Scholer LLP from 140 Aldersgate Street to the 33rd floor of CityPoint.

A 38 year track record of delivering complex projects for organisations headquartered overseas is one of the key factors in influencing one of the world’s largest publicly listed gaming companies, Australian based Tabcorp, to partner with JAC for the provision of Project Management and Cost Consultancy Services, ahead of their 2017 relocation to 8,000 square feet of Grade A office space in The Shard.
Tabcorp’s instruction marks JAC’s second delivery of the year at The Shard, following on from Sapphire Systems’ occupation of the 9th floor, finalised in June of this year.
Making the move to their new office at 70 Gracechurch Street, Argenta appoints JAC to project manage, provide consultant tendering as well as design their new workspace.
The 5th floor space will provide this insurance company with 18,500 square feet in the centre of London.
