This 11,000 sq ft space marks the 6th project JAC have managed within this iconic building in London’s Mayfair, and the 3rd project that the JAC Project Management, Design and Furniture teams have delivered for Tristan Capital within Berkeley Square House, supporting their expansion over the last 8 years.
JAC project managed a traditional procurement delivery, overseeing the project from its’ concept stages through to completion and beyond, ensuring that each element was completed on time, delivered to the expected high quality, all the while ensuring that contractor’s costs were in line with current, fair market conditions and that a clear audit trail existed throughout.
China Central Television, on behalf of CGTN, have appointed JAC to project manage their relocation to the prestigious Chiswick Park.
China Central Television, CCTV, is the predominant state television broadcaster in the People’s Republic of China. CCTV has a network of 50 channels broadcasting different programmes, and is accessible to more than one billion viewers. They will be occupying 30,000 sq ft in Building 7, the largest mixed use space in Chiswick Park.
One of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies, Hikma Pharmaceuticals, have now completed their head office move to The Crown Estate’s 1 New Burlington Place. Hikma appointed JAC to design and project manage the fit out for their new offices, following a move from their existing space on Hanover Square which could no longer support their expansion.
Working closely with the company’s internal steering committee, the JAC Design and Furniture teams worked collectively to develop final design concepts, drawing inspiration from the existing architecture whilst taking into account Hikma’s progressive nature and established brand guidelines.
JAC have been appointed to provide design, project management and furniture procurement services ahead of Stolt-Nielsen’s relocation to Aldwych House from 65 Kingsway.

Quantum Pacific Capital
JAC are delighted to announce the successful completion of the new London offices for Quantum Pacific Capital at 7 Clarges Street.
The JAC Project Management team was engaged to act on behalf of Quantum to oversee the fit out process, providing project management, cost consultancy and furniture procurement services, ahead of its move from nearby Brook Street, W1.

Global content company, FremantleMedia, has selected JAC Project Management to support its move from Amersham to High Wycombe.
FremantleMedia, which creates, produces and distributes some of the best-known TV programmes, including The X Factor and Britain’s Got Talent, will move to the second floor of St John’s Court in High Wycombe. The space spreads across two wings on opposite sides of the building, covering 6,800 sq ft.
Emirates NBD have now taken taken up occupancy of 25,000 sq ft at 25 Knightsbridge.

Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Europe
Global leader in efficient and sustainable power generation, Mitsubishi Hitachi Power Systems Europe, has chosen the JAC Project Management and Design team to co-ordinate its move from Mayfair to The Point in Paddington.
With its current lease shortly due to expire, the company briefed JAC to support a cost-effective move to a 12,000 sq ft office in Paddington that better reflects its brand. The new office has undergone a Category A refurbishment and has spectacular views across London’s West End.
Petroineos Trading Ltd
JAC has been appointed to work with Petroineos, a subsidiary of the PetroChina group, one of the largest oil and gas producers and distributers in the world. The brief is to complete a relocation from Victoria to the Adelphi Building, situated just off The Strand.
The project is a technically complex undertaking, since it is a very old building and although it has been refurbished, there are still a lot of limitations. Each desk will need to accommodate six screens and there are high power and data requirements. The low ceiling height and small floor void brings challenges in getting power and data to the desks.
Child & Child
City Solicitors, Child & Child has appointed JAC Project Management to facilitate its move from Grosvenor Place to 22,000 sq ft at Nova in Victoria. The relocation programme, to be concluded within a tight timescale, will support Child & Child’s reputation and enable it to continue to build long-standing client relationships.
Taking an entire floor and sub-letting 6,207 sq ft to two parties, requires a team of highly competent designers to fit-out a space of 15,899 sq ft. The office will incorporate open plan areas for legal teams, meeting rooms, a front-of-house space for clients, as well as fulfil high level requirements for the storage of legal documents.
JAC have been appointed to project manage the relocation of Genel Energy. One of the largest holders of reserves and resources in the Kurdistan Region of Ira and also one of the largest independent oil producers on the London Stock Exchange.
JAC are also pleased to be providing design and furniture consultancy services for a project which will see Genel Energy moving from their existing premises on Grafton Street to 36 Broadway, SW1.
