Project Overview

The project has seen JAC lead and appoint a professional team consisting of Gensler architects and mechanical and electrical consultants Hilson Moran. The project also saw close coordination of a client team based in both the UK and the US.

About the building

The property at 20 Fenchurch Street is designed by world-renowned architect Rafael Viñoly and is a joint development by Land Securities and Canary Wharf Group. Land Securities is the UK’s largest commercial property company and a member of the FTSE 100. The company owns and manages over 29 million sq ft of office, retail and residential space.

The property provides 680,000 sq ft of grade-A commercial office space and represents another landmark for JAC who continue to demonstrate an impressive portfolio of clients occupying landmark developments in the City of London. This appointment has been followed closely by the appointment of JAC Project Management to oversee the delivery of a new commercial office scheme at another tower complex, 122 Leadenhall, commonly referred to as the ‘cheesegrater’.
