Let’s Get Straight to ‘The Point’
Found on North Wharf Road in Paddington, The Point is a commercial building, built to raise the identity of Paddington as a workplace. Situated on the waterfront, the building promotes natural daylight, using external shading and light shelves in the atrium and throughout the building, to negate passive solar gain.
Created by architect Farrells and managed by Tishman Speyer, The Point has become synonymous with the regeneration of Paddington and its subsequent rise in commercial real estate.
Situated on the waterfront, The Point boasts easy access to Paddington Overground and Underground station. With the impending introduction of the Elizabeth line, it will be easier than ever for employees to commute in.
One of the biggest ‘pulls’ is ‘The Lawn’, a recently refurbished area that employees and staff can enjoy a variety of amenities, such as eating, sports and retail, as well as be entertained at the Bill Kenwright Theatre.
