JAC Group appointed by AVENIR GLOBAL

JAC Group are delighted to have been appointed to Project Manage the UK Head Office relocation and fit out for International Communications Holding Company, AVENIR GLOBAL. Headquartered in Montreal and founded in 1976, AVENIR GLOBAL employs over 1,000 staff in 23 locations across Canada, the United States, Europe and the Middle East, and is ranked among the top 15 largest communication firms in the world.
As a multinational holding and management company with investments across the globe and across a wide range of sectors, AVENIR GLOBAL owns the London-based strategic communications consultancy Madano and Hanover, one of the EMEA’s leading strategic communications and public affairs consultancies with offices in London, Brussels, Dublin and additionally Dubai and Abu Dhabi. The AVENIR GLOBAL network also includes healthcare specialists AXON Communications, which boasts offices in Toronto, the United States and Europe.
AVENIR GLOBAL are looking to relocate three existing London offices, bringing together four businesses into one new location. Within an existing head count of 350 across the four London based businesses, there are numerous drivers for the new space, which will see AVENIR GLOBAL occupy 35,000 square feet over two floors of the instantly recognisable Riverside House, enjoying fantastic views overlooking Southwark Bridge and the City, right on the banks of the River Thames. All businesses are looking to maintain some degree of individuality whilst having common company synergies.
JAC Group are Project Managing a traditional route of procurement working in conjunction with AVENIR GLOBAL’s architect, Gensler, and numerous consultants including Property Agents, Colliers International. Fit out works are due to be completed in the first quarter of 2021.
