Quantum Pacific appoints JAC for 7 Clarges Street Relocation
Quantum Pacific Capital have appointed JAC to project manage their relocation to British Land’s prestigious 7 Clarges Street in the heart of Mayfair.
Quantum Pacific Capital is an investment firm focused on Asia, Australia and North America. They are the first occupiers at 7 Clarges Street, having taken 6,300 sq ft on the 5th floor.
7 Clarges Street is perfectly positioned among an influential Mayfair community, neighbouring some of the world’s leading businesses, ranging from boutique asset management firms to global corporate headquarters.
Providing 49,494 sq ft over 6 floors, 7 Clarges Street is crafted in Portland Stone and characterised by a modern, refined feel. The building meets the highest standards of sustainability, incorporating low VOC (Volatile organic compounds) materials and 99.9 per cent of waste generated during construction has been recycled. Rainwater and greywater is also recycled, and green roofs enhance biodiversity.
