Sackers have been at home in the City of London for over a decade. Enjoying a location in one of the world’s leading financial and business centres, their offices in 20 Gresham Street have historically provided a unique and highly efficient workplace environment for the workforce. Shifting dynamics, expansion, the City’s evolving workforce and trends in office space requirements, has seen Sackers draw on a long standing relationship with the JAC team to explore how they can meet changing needs to remain as the UK’s leading specialist law firm for pension scheme trustees, employers, corporate investors and providers for decades to come.
Recent years have seen significant shifts in ways of working, with the rise of agile working across different locations and the impact of technology. This has led to an associated change in office design, as occupiers look for more flexible and interactive space. With 18% of Central London’s jobs concentrated in the City, and an ever expanding workforce over the next decade, it is becoming ever more critical that the built environment supports them.
