JAC have recently completed work on the refurbishment of Meridian House on Farringdon Street.
JAC Group were appointed to undertake Project Management and Cost Consultancy services on behalf of our client Law Business Research (LBR). Meridian House is situated at 34-35 Farringdon Street. Built in 1856, Meridian House is a 6 storey office building spread over 42,101 square feet, and LBR will enjoy sole occupancy.
Working with LBR’s appointed design and build contractor to undertake a full refurbishment of the existing 20 year old fit out, JAC Group have coordinated a process that will see LBR consolidate four offices into one in the heart of London’s Midtown.
