JAC was founded in 1979 by John A Cox. As a long-established project management consultancy specialising in workplace projects, JAC’s extensive list of repeat clients is testimony to a company founded on providing a top-quality level of service.
After 7 years with JAC, Managing Director Zoe Smeeth took ownership of the business in 2021 and will continue to manage and build the business with the support of John and the wider team.
As JAC look to the future there is an abundance of exciting opportunities as the organisation achieves an Investors in People accreditation.
We have a strong commitment to encouraging, developing, and training a diverse next generation talent pool, JAC’s continued association with The Mentoring Circle is helping to address the gender diversity gap at senior leadership level within the property industry.
The company continues to move and react to our clients’ changing needs with an increased emphasis on delivering sustainable projects with many achieving an approved accreditation. JAC have a pledge to see all our projects fitted-out sustainably from 2023.
