Mentoring Circle is an initiative founded by Vanessa Murray to address the gender diversity gap at senior leadership level within the Property Industry.
Mentoring Circle pairs newly qualified female professionals with senior female leaders in the property industry for a one to one mentoring partnership over the course of 12 months.
