Managing Director

With professional experience in project management, supply chain management, procurement and building services, Zoe is perfectly placed to advise strategically on all aspects of workplace projects. Maintaining amazing relationships with all members of the team she is known for offering objective, straightforward advice, allied with a great eye for detail. Zoe is passionate about the JAC team and clients and will hold the responsibility for the successful strategic outcome and safe delivery of your project.

This team of specialists are highly experienced and draw on knowledge gained from our countless successful projects. Oliver Tice

Senior Business Relationship Manager

Olly supports our clients before, during and after the main project ensuring the appropriate team is in place to make the project a successful one. Tasked with a long-term approach Olly clearly understands the JAC strategy for clients to be constantly delighted and to return to us time and time again. Absolutely diligent in maintaining great relationships, Olly is hugely popular amongst our clients and wider professional network.

Josh Potter

Senior Project Associate

Josh supports our Project Directors by helping to guide clients through their projects from start to completion, approaching all facets with care, experience, and professionalism. With a dry sense of humour Josh’s contribution in providing project management for our workplace projects has been seamless – constantly challenging the design, costs, and build ensures that his clients are always delighted with their new or transformed workspaces.

Lily Dent

Senior Project Associate

Lily has a proactive and intelligent approach to client relationships and project management. Supporting our clients throughout the lifecycle of the workplace project Lily is on hand to manage meetings, technical appraisals, license to alter submittals, contracts, and costs.

Tobi Shadare

Client Account Associate

As Client Account Associate, Tobi supports JAC’s clients with their ongoing workplace and real estate needs, blending operational rigour with a thoughtful, people-first approach. He plays a key role in nurturing post-project relationships, nurturing client accounts, and acting as the first port of call for changes and developments to their office space. Known for his positive energy and team spirit, Tobi brings calm to the chaos and keeps momentum high, even in the most detail-heavy moments.

Anita Lucas

Operations Director

Anita provides vital support to the entire JAC team and office ensuring that the delivery teams are supported at all stages. As our go to person Anita has overseen both our ISO accreditations and ensured we achieved our Investors in People certificate at the first attempt. In touch with all our clients at some point during the main project she can be relied upon to find a solution to most challenges in record time.

James Chapman

Project Associate

James assists our Project Directors by providing essential administrative and behind-the-scenes support for our clients’ workplace projects. With a tenacious nature, keen attention to detail, and endless energy, he ensures that everything runs smoothly. Beyond his organisational skills, James is incredibly personable, keeping the team engaged and the mood light—even in the busiest moments. His enthusiasm and dedication make him a valued part of the JAC team.

Caroline Kirkman

Project Director

Caroline’s experience working for and as the client means she is fully aware of a client’s needs and restrictions, allowing her to offer fully comprehensive advice and support for the duration of the project. Often responsible for some of our most challenging workplace projects Caroline is diligent, tenacious, and dedicated to achieving a successful solution for every situation.

Liam supports our Project Directors with crucial administrative tasks and behind-the-scenes coordination for our clients’ workplace projects. Dedicated, loyal, and always bringing a great sense of humour to the team, he ensures that every project runs smoothly behind the scenes. His attention to detail and proactive approach make him a vital part of JAC Group’s success.

Samson’s level-headed and personable nature ensures that he is confident and clear in transferring information directly to his clients. With a fantastic sense of humour Samson’s project meetings are anything but dull. Never one to take anything on face value Samson will constantly challenge and question, pushing for the very best value, quality, and solutions for his clients.

A true gentleman with over 40 years’ experience of managing complex and demanding projects John is not only a source of wisdom for the team, but as a natural raconteur can be relied on to have an amazing story to tell from the JAC archives. Passionate about our customers John holds the team to account ensuring that they deliver industry-leading service to every client.

His tireless work ethic means he is super popular with all the clients, contractors, and professional teams he engages with. Lee ensures that all aspects of the project, from quality, programme and budget are managed seamlessly.

Lara is our Operations Associate, a creative and strategic thinker who pays attention to the details that keep everything moving. Whether she’s refining our CRM, designing graphics, planning social media content, or supporting general operations, she combines empathy with action, always one step ahead, and always with purpose.

Maddy supports the project team with unwavering enthusiasm and dedication. Always approachable and proactive, she provides administrative support to both colleagues and clients. With a keen eye for detail and a naturally inquisitive mindset, Maddy is quick to spot what others might miss.
