JAC Group appointed by Peel Hunt
JAC Group are delighted to announce that the JAC project management team has been appointed to assist Peel Hunt in their forthcoming relocation from Moor House to Broadgate’s latest office development, 100 Liverpool St.
The major 521,000 sq. ft office-led refurbishment project at 100 Liverpool Street includes 3 additional storeys, targets BREEAM Excellence rating for sustainability and boasts 90,000 sq. ft dedicated to retail, restaurants, cafés and bars.
Taking over approximately 40,000 sq. ft, the 7th floor of 100 Liverpool will be a superb location for Peel Hunt and will certainly enhance workplace efficiency as their two London offices combine.
