Beach Point Capital Management
Existing JAC clients, Beach Point Capital, once more engaged with the JAC Project Management when they relocated their London office to 61 Curzon Street in Mayfair. The move and fit out of a CAT A space to a CAT B was to accommodate company growth and provide a touchdown space for traveling senior members of the team.
The interior look and feel is modern but classy and resonates with the traditional American style of the business. The reception area is hard to miss with a fantastic wow factor provided by the coffer ceiling detail and feature lighting which adds drama to the marble reception table and feature wall that presents the Beach Point Capital signage
The Beach Point Capital project stands as a testament to the successful collaboration between the client, design professionals, and the construction team. By aligning early with key interior aspirations and following a detail and build procurement route, the project achieved its objectives of growth, functionality, and aesthetic appeal, ultimately contributing to Beach Point Capital’s continued success in the financial markets.
