Braze

Braze, a customer engagement platform appointed JAC Group to provide project management, contract administration and cost consultancy services in support of their new London office.

Taking 49,000 sq ft of CAT A space over a floor and a half in Exchange House, close to Liverpool Street the team engaged with the mainly USA based Braze team to form a robust project brief. Whilst undergoing huge expansion and an aggressive recruitment drive the teams built in flexibility to every aspect of the new workspace.

The fit out was procured on a design and build basis, with separate teams appointed to deliver furniture, audio visual and IT assistance.

The new office includes a newly built and installed staircase between the two floors, a mix of open plan work space , meeting rooms, offices, booths and collaboration zones. A large Town Hall area allows the entire organisation to meet and collaborate. With agile working fully embraced there is huge staff growth forecast.

The JAC team over saw the close out of the newly refurbished Exchange House, provided contract administration and engaged with the landlord on the approval and licence to alter process.
