Capital Economics consolidated three working floors in to one, taking 10,000 square feet of space at Cardinal Place.
Working closely with the clients appointed design and build firm, JAC appraised the detailed construction, manufacturing and sub-contractor costs to ensure Capital Economics received value for money and the best market rates.
About the Building
100 Victoria Street is a creative working environment in one of London’s most exciting commercial districts. The site consists of three buildings covering over a million square feet on Victoria Street, including 550,000 square feet of office space.
