Project Overview
This project represented a key investment in the London market and a relocation to a prominent position at Waterloo Place in London’s St James’. JAC Design & Project Management were appointed to provide project management and cost consultancy services along with furniture specification and procurement. Christofferson Robb procured the services of US based architectural practice Chuck Patten to generate the striking design aesthetic, with the local JAC design studio providing design detailing assistance.
About the Building
11 Waterloo Place offers 15,780 sq ft of outstanding refurbished office space. Contemporary finishes sit alongside original 19th century features, making this is a particularly stunning example of The Crown Estate’s long term commitment in St James’s.
