JAC Group are delighted to have completed a second project in 22 Bishopsgate, London for the international arm of a global specialty insurance brokers.
Set over one and a half floors the new office for this global specialty (re)insurance broker provides a space that is both inspiring, collaborative and innovative.
Delivered on site during a worldwide pandemic this high rise building provided the JAC project management teams with multiple challenges including a lack of fresh air to the floors, lengthy landlord approvals and a delayed base build completion.
A sweeping staircase was installed between the two floors, providing a fluidity between the working spaces. A bespoke lounge was designed to show off the fantastic views of London that this 17th floor space provides.
The reception area incorporates a café style touch down space that allows for informal and ad hoc meetings and touch downs.
