A Confidential Financial Client appointed JAC to provide Project Management and Cost Consultancy services for the CAT B refurbishment of their 4,080 sq. ft office space. The project centred on delivering a largely open-plan environment, carefully designed to support collaboration while maintaining a strong visual identity throughout the workplace.
A key focus of the scheme was the kitchen and bar area, which acts as the social heart of the office. Attention was given to the joinery and furniture within this space, resulting in an ultra-modern and stylish design. The quality of finish achieved is exceptional, with carefully detailed elements that elevate both the functionality and aesthetic of the environment.
