JAC provided Coremont with Project Management, Cost Consultancy, and Contract Administration services in support of their London office project.

I am writing to express my gratitude for JAC’s incredible work on our recent office move project. Lee, Shane and Josh delivered everything I expected and more.

I particularly wanted to call out Lee’s boundless drive to keep us on track and on budget, both of which were ambitious and challenging! He was always impeccably prepared and on top of the necessary detail. I was impressed by the way he coordinated all the various external stakeholders, making it look straightforward (although I am acutely aware that it wasn’t!). In such a complex, fast-moving project it truly is remarkable that we never missed a single milestone or deadline, and I attribute that in large part to Lee and his hard work, relationship management, adaptability and knowledge.

Lee also managed our Senior Leadership Team very well, delivering weekly reports of a very high standard and clearly communicating any risks, contingencies or changes. His judgement for what they needed to know and when was sound. Inevitably there were difficult messages to deliver at times, which Lee, often backed up by Shane, dealt with professionally and with an appropriate level of preparation.

Our new space has genuinely transformed our culture and brought people back into the office with big smiles on their faces. It’s brilliant to see people enjoying our fresh, collaborative breakout space whether for lunch with colleagues or an informal meeting. We have our first Town Hall since the move later this week, which we will also hold there.

Overall, it was an absolute pleasure to work with the team and I miss our weekly meetings! I hope you will pass on my appreciation.
