Project Overview

Marking JAC Groups’ second major project with Ebiquity, JAC Group provided project management services for Ebiquity’s relocation to Old Street, the UK’s hub for IT, telecommunications and related creative industries.

Ebiquity needed a space that better reflected their values, that could accommodate their growth and change the company culture whilst working in a totally agile and flexible way. Relocating to Chapter House meant spreading out across three floors, expelling fixed desks and pedestals, introducing lockers and different dynamic workspaces to suit no matter how employees want to spend their working day.

The office features drop in and quiet library style areas, a flexible town hall space for larger gatherings, generous amounts of meeting rooms and breakout areas, all with amazing views over London.

About the Building

A newly refurbished, former Victorian schoolhouse with excellent natural light and vast open plan floors. Chapter House is situated in a creative cluster, fast becoming a major hub for media and tech firms, just moments from Old Street’s Silicon Roundabout.

This is the second time that we have used JAC to assist us in the Project Management to relocate our Group Headquarters. Once again, their level of professionalism, technical knowledge and impartial advice has proved invaluable, making a significant project, feel stress-free and easy. Particular thanks to our Project Manager Caroline who was able to motivate a team of suppliers to constantly come up with solutions and mediate any issues throughout the project, all whilst maintaining a level of humour and good grace that made the project fun for all those involved.
