Taking 32,000 sq ft of previously fitted out space in Park House and in keeping with EFG Private Bank’s commitment to invest in sustainable, environmentally conscious funds, EFG decided to undertake an appropriate sustainability fit out accreditation, Ska Gold. The accreditation was driven by the desire to create a space that prioritises a considered approach to build, including the recyclability and lifespan of materials used, energy efficient mechanical and electrical installations and properly sourced timber amongst other elements. JAC Group provided Project Management and Cost Consultancy services for this project the fit out was procured on a design and build basis, with separate specialists overseeing the furniture, audio visual and planting.
