G4S engaged the JAC team to provide Project Management and Cost Consultancy services for their move to 50 Broadway, London.

The office fit-out project gained a SKA Gold accreditation, meaning that the project was sourced and built with sustainability at the forefront.

This amazing workplace saw an increase in meeting rooms and office spaces, from G4S’s previous London office. The has a modern feel encouraging more of the team into the office with updated technology. Special emphasis was given to the reception, boardroom & tea point.

Working with JAC helped us through the fit-out of our new HQ. They ramped up quickly and were able to move at pace to commence the tender. Their attention to detail and probing questions added real value to the process and ensured G4S achieved an on-budget fit out to a required specification. Their advice and input was invaluable to the success of the project, keeping everyone on track to achieve the fit-out on time. It was a real collaboration working with the JAC team, Tobi Shadare and Lewis Reyes, who were a pleasure to work with. The feedback on the new office from our employees has been fantastic and in a large part this is thanks to the JAC team.
