Project Overview
JAC Group are thrilled to announce the successful completion of a project for Hanover Investors on the 5th and 6th floors of 25 Savile Row.
This was an incredibly high-end project incorporating design features including two large aquariums which required the coordination of extensive structural works, as well as hand stitched leather doors, a bespoke marble reception desk and boardroom table.
Hanover were clear on their vision for the space; the attention to detail and careful consideration associated with the finishes selected was key throughout the design development period. Front of house meeting rooms were uniquely decorated, and the surprising communal kitchen and events space on the 6th floor leading to a terrace area make this fit-out truly unique, exuding class and quality with its contemporary modern features and exceptional artwork.
About the Building
Originally built by architect Gordon Jeeves in 1937 as a part of a wider post-war development to connect Savile Row and Conduit Street.
Arcitecture Piercy & Company completed an 18,700 sq ft refurbishment and rooftop extension on the upper floors of the now 6-storey art deco office building winning the 2018 AJ Refurbishment of the Year Award.
