The JAC management services included Project Management, Cost Consultancy and overseeing the site works, with a leading fit-out company Area Squared delivering the project and Benson Elliot Real Estate Partners looking after Ingram Micro’s best interests. JAC Project Management also provided advice and carried out negations on the desired level of specification of the CAT A works.
