Nord/LB
Nord/LB saw a lease event trigger a review of their working practices, and whether their office space was supporting their desire for an agile working environment. JAC oversaw the appointment of a consultant team to assist with the review of prospective new office space, as well as the feasibility of retaining their current office. The analysis resulted in Nord/LB returning half of their floor to the landlord and undergoing an extensive redesign of their remaining half of the office space.
Alongside MCM as the appointed architects, JAC worked closely with Nord/LB to facilitate the refurbishment project, ensuring that staff could comfortably and safely work during the construction period in the non-retained half of the floor, whilst also ensuring that the refurbished space delivered a truly agile and modern working environment.
The new office space is a world away from the original floor and the Nord/LB team are delighted and re-energised by the building.
