Project Overview
A leading boutique asset management company appointed JAC Group to project manage their relocation from 5 Stratton Street to 48 Pall Mall.
Working on a design and build procurement route for the fit out aspects the JAC team oversaw the briefing process, building analysis, budget formation, technical engagement and developed a robust furniture strategy.
Joinery was a key element of this project and the long lead in times had to be closely monitored and managed.
A happy client and fantastic team developed what is a spectacular result.
About the Building
Back in 1890’s, Hyman and Marcus Collins constructed serviced apartments at 48 Pall Mall. After suffering bomb damage from WWll, the building was completely reconstructed as offices for the headquarters of the Royal British Legion in 1951 and then redeveloped in 2016. 48 Pall Mall now serves as contemporary, open plan office accommodation.
