Project Overview
Robert Quinn Consulting appointed JAC Group to provide project management consultancy services throughout their move to the 5th floor of Ariel House on 74A Charlotte Street.
Working closely with the landlords team the team were able to actively influence the CAT A design to ensure efficiencies were achieved when carrying out the CAT B works.
Full mechanical and electrical validations were carried out before works began allowing a clear line to be drawn between the landlord and client works.
About the Building
Located in the heart of Fitzrovia, Ariel House was designed by architects Spencer Dacombe and completed in 1991.
