JAC acted as Project Manager and Cost Consultant for Ryan Specialty’s consolidation from two London offices into a single workplace at 25 Fenchurch Avenue. The new office comprises 44,377 sq. ft across three floors and features a striking internal staircase alongside a broker’s lounge designed to support both client hospitality and day-to-day staff use.
With Ryan Specialty’s headcount continuing to grow, the workplace was designed to accommodate future expansion while providing long-term flexibility. The existing CAT A space required substantial refurbishment, with several building systems reaching end of life. These were upgraded as part of the works to ensure the new office operates efficiently and supports the business over the long term.
