Headquartered in London and with offices in New York City, Madrid and Munich, this British-American private equity firm have taken occupation of 16,500 over a single floor in The Crown Estate and Oxford Properties landmark development at Nº1 St James’s Market.
Occupying a single floor of this striking development, they will be joining occupiers Socar Trading, The Carlyle Group, Formula 1 and The Crown Estate head office itself.
JAC were appointed to project manage the relocation and fit out of the new space, extending a 15 year relationship with the JAC Project Management team.
