Statera Energy

JAC Project Management was delighted to be selected by the Statera Energy team to support them with their move to 80 Victoria Street. Statera Energy develop, own and operate the assets that provide critical grid balancing support in a renewables-led power system.

The 9,187 sq ft at 80 Victoria Street was handed to the Statera team in a fitted-out and tired state. JAC worked tirelessly to ensure that financial contributions from the landlord were aligned with the work required to bring the space up to an acceptable standard. New lighting and altered mechanical systems made this a complex and fast paced project.

The Directors and staff of Statera Energy were able to start work immediately on the first day in their efficient and aesthetically refurbished new office. This was hugely due to the experience and diligence of Caroline Kirkman and her team from JAC.

Many staff commented that “it was such a smooth, simple office transition” – a great compliment to Caroline’s efficiency, who diffused the complexity of our move. She guided and managed the relationship with our landlord, designers, contractors and IT always making Statera feel our interests were paramount. Politely but firmly dealing with any issues and available for advice.

All the multiple meetings were organised and informative making sure there was progress each week. Communication on all matters was excellent. Caroline was unfazed by the completion being brought forward a week, she allayed any logistical issues and made it happen.

Caroline’s level of experience and knowledge helped Statera make the correct decisions on many matters, enabling the company to concentrate on their own business at an important stage. If Caroline is available appoint her.
