Stolt-Nielsen Limited is a leading global provider of integrated transportation, storage and distribution solutions for chemicals and other bulk-liquid products, delivered through its three largest operating units: Stolt Tankers, Stolthaven Terminals and Stolt Tank Containers.

Project Overview

A highly cellular office fit out project managed by JAC Group.

Key to the project’s success was the early and ongoing engagement with the Landlord.  Following mechanical and electrical validation surveys coordinated by the JAC team, a number of property issues were identified that were commercially agreed to be reimbursed to Stolt-Nielsen.

The rectification and close out of these items were led by JAC Group saving the client substantial sums.  The end result was impressive, befitting of the organisations history and status.

About the Building

Fusing a modern interior with imposing 1920s architecture –  Aldwych House is an iconic flagship in the heart of Midtown. This imposing building invested with period grandeur, has been brought to life in an exciting and contemporary manner.
