JAC Group are delighted to have completed providing project management services in Mayfair for a leading private investment banking advisory firm.

Our client provides independent, strategic and financial advice to CEOs, Founders and Boards of Directors of leading global enterprises facing complex challenges and considering transformational changes in strategy, ownership or capital structure. They also advise on major investments by Sovereign Wealth Funds and other large pools of capital.

The JAC Project Management team took a comprehensive brief before issuing request for proposals to three shortlisted design and build contractors. The successful contractor then progressed through the design stages before starting on site in Mayfair. Close coordination was required with the clients US, IT, Audio Visual and Security teams which needed to be carefully managed. The acoustic levels between the closely situated offices and the video conferencing systems were strictly monitored and specified.
Moving from Conduit Street to Mayfair allowed the project team to consider the overall workplace strategy as well as new furniture, planting and artwork.
