UNIT9

UNIT9 is a production studio focusing on VR, Digital, Gaming, Innovation and Film projects. With offices in New York, Los Angles, Berlin and Florence this move saw the London office relocate from Shoreditch to Farringdon.

Project Overview

JAC Group were appointed by Unit9 as Project Managers & Cost Consultants for their office move to the well-fitted Clerkenwell area. The new demise is based on the lower ground and ground floors of 155 Farringdon Road.

Taking 8,500 sq. ft in a disused restaurant/bar the JAC team oversaw the appointment and management of a design & build contractor to establish the CAT A and CAT B scope of works completed in one phase to reduce costs and accelerate the programme. EnergyLab acted as the M&E consultants to ensure the space was transformed into a well-designed, comfortable working office environment.

About the Building

Previously used as a multi-functional retail space. JAC were asked to oversee the transformation of the space into an agile working environment with an emphasis on creativity and innovation.
