Project Overview
Having occupied the same space for 10 years in Fitzwilliam House, USAA believed it was time to update, modernise and refresh their workspace and common areas.
JAC were appointed to provide project management and cost consultancy services. The aim was to successfully maximize the potential of the space whilst updating and refreshing the decorative elements, flooring and audio visual systems.
The office was able to remain functional throughout the entire renovation process. JAC implemented a structured phased plan to minimize disruption to the staff.
