John oversees JAC and its management team. He ensures the business is in the right place strategically, financially and operationally to deliver industry-leading service to every client. As founder of the company 38 years ago, John is well-versed in every aspect of the unique JAC offering, making sure every step of the process is right first time.
With professional experience in project management, supply chain management, procurement and building services, Zoe is perfectly placed to advise on budgets, programmes and quality. By offering objective, straightforward advice, allied with a great eye for detail, she will be an invaluable addition to your project team. Zoe will hold the responsibility for the successful strategic outcome and safe delivery of your project.
Gary has over 20 years’ experience in the successful delivery of fit out and refurbishment projects, advising on project budgets, programme and quality. As the primary source of communication between clients and their wider professional team, Gary is responsible for ensuring that all stakeholders within your business are informed of the project’s progress while providing clear, straightforward advice at all times.
ASSOCIATE DIRECTOR – PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Having a strong background in the commercial property and construction engineering sectors, Mark’s pragmatic approach and belief in proactive communication with all key stakeholders ensures that everyone will be working together to safely deliver the project. Mark’s experience working on the contractor’s side has provided him with an invaluable insight into the key risks present during both the tender and delivery stages.
With experience in the furniture, and design and build industry Susie isn’t afraid to push the boundaries of design. Her logical approach to design ensures all aspects of your space are thoroughly investigated and will stand the test of time practically, as well as aesthetically. She will take your initial thoughts and comments and transform them into a perfect and inspirational working environment for your staff.
DIRECTOR - FURNITURE
David has honed his skills for a number of years across all aspects of the furniture supply chain, offering a unique combination of skills to elevate both the commercial and design elements of your project. By seamlessly integrating into your project’s professional team, his primary objective as Director of JAC Furniture is to help clients make a fantastic first and lasting impression with their key stakeholders.
Colin manages the development and implementation of growth opportunities at JAC, working closely across the senior management and project teams. His knowledge of London’s property market is an invaluable asset to the client and project teams alike, while his understanding of the varying methods of procurement enable him to offer comprehensive early advice and support for your professional team.
DIRECTOR - LIFECYCLE
Being one of the longest serving members of JAC, Sarah prides herself on the relationships she has built with suppliers, manufacturers and clients. Leading the JAC Lifecycle team she works with clients to deliver a wide range of consultative services to implement day two planning principles as well as offering property advice to support you through the full term of the lease.
