Because we already know your property inside-out, this gives your facilities manager reassurance that they don’t have to waste valuable time searching for a different contractor to handle each issue. Our team already knows reliable contractors – many of who will have worked on your original project – and they can fix a broken bulb, leaking tap or reconfigure the office layout as quickly as possible.
Our lifecycle service levels differ for every client – for some we catch up two or three times a year to resolve any snagging issues, while for others we’re on-hand with instant support on a weekly or monthly basis.
The JAC Lifecycle team forms the basis of our ethos of building long-term, trusted, relationships and there is a huge advantage in the historical knowledge we have. In many cases our project management team is re-commissioned years afterwards to provide guidance and oversee future office relocations or redesign when business growth demands it, or the existing lease ends.
